**Courtesy Listing*** Biography submitted by Teresa, June Bug's owner: June Bug is approximately 2 years old, 55 lbs, heartworm negative, UTD on shots, spayed and microchipped. She had entropion surgery on both eyes (top and bottom) earlier this year and healed perfectly. She is black with some white on her chest and tips of feet. She is either on or off, nothing in between. She either wants to run and for you to throw the ball 100 times or she is snuggling up against you (she always has to touch, be up against you or on you while sleeping). She sleeps on the couch while I watch TV and she sleeps in my bed with me. She is kennel trained and I keep her kenneled while at work because she will still get into things if left to her own devices for long periods of time. She needs good exercise and loving arms to hold her. I have attached 2 more pictures of typical June Bug resting spots. One is on her back with lips dangling off her face and one is snuggling with my GS, Gretchen. The third and most popluar (not pictured because I am basically the pillow) is how she always finds a way to be as close to her people as possible, whether on the couch or in bed. She is laying across my feet as I type. She is incredibly loving and has a way about her that makes my heart melt. Her personality is fun, silly and she is very energetic. June Bug loves to play fetch with tennis balls. I have a large yard and she can fetch for longer than I can throw. June Bug loves to show off her toys, bones or cardboard (shipping boxes and paper towel cores are her favorities). She always comes running to me talking (wooooo, wooooo), not barking, with something in her mouth to share her excitement (even if I was the one who just gave it to her moments ago). She will gladly show her prize off to anyone who will pay attention (dog or human). June Bug is very good on walks and does not pull. She stays with you and is the kind of dog that I would call "by your side" in many ways.
