Penny is a 7-year-old border collie mix that spent almost a year at another shelter pending a cruelty case. She was transferred to our facility and was given a second chance on life. She spent a few nights in a foster home where she met other dogs and seemed to do well with them. She does prefer a calmer environment without a lot of noise. Penny also needs a home with no cats or other small animals. She is waiting to meet that someone who can help her forget her past and help build a new future. Penny is heartworm negative, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines and microchipped. Come meet Penny and be the one to take her home.
