Lalee was rescued on 4/05/xxxx. We received a call that a mommy dog had her puppies in a abandoned car in an apartment complex parking lot. She had been a street dog with a foot that was 3/4 missing, who had hobbled around for years in the neighborhood. A kind lady would give LaLee food when she saw her. One rainy, stormy night, Lalee came up to the lady wanting out of the rain, she thought. The lady let LaLee in her old car in the parking lot to weather the storm. In the morning the lady came to let laLee out of the car, and to her surprise found 6 newborn pups in the front seat of the little car with Lalee. . LaLee was needing a safe dry place to have her puppies evidently and knew who to go to for help that night. So we took Lalee and the pups into rescue and safety. The pups are all adopted so now LaLee needs to find her home LaLee had her leg amputated on 06/07/xxxx and is doing well. The foot and leg were infected very badly and there was no way to save the leg without further complications. LaLee acts like any normal dog who has 4 legs. She runs as fast and as much as any other dog and just as well. Her adopt fee is $95 She is current on all shots, spayed and micro chipped too.
