Cleveland is a baby labrador retriever mix full of energy and compassion for his wonderful foster finders. He decided to hang out in front of a local Kroger in the parking lot waiting for just the right people to approach him. Luckily some kind ladies decided to take him in foster him until he finds just the right forever family. He is learning the puppy dog ropes at his foster home and is getting good on a leash.
